Order placed / processing / preparing
Your payment cleared and the warehouse is building the parcel. There may be no carrier tracking number yet. This is normal for 1–5 days depending on stock and campaign volume.
Shipped / in transit / departed origin facility
The package left the seller or SHEIN warehouse network. International scans may appear sparsely. Quiet gaps of a few days between hubs are common.
Arrived at transit hub / airline departure / arrived overseas
The parcel is moving through air or regional sorting. Timestamps can jump time zones. Keep the same tracking number — it usually stays valid end to end.
Undergoing customs clearance / import customs
Border agencies are processing the shipment. This is one of the most searched Shein statuses. Most parcels clear without action from you; duties or holds are less common for typical small fashion orders but possible by country. Details: Shein customs clearance.
Customs released / clearance completed
The parcel is cleared for local delivery and often handed to a postal or courier partner. Watch for a new facility name in your country.
Arrived at local facility / destination sorting center
Your package is inside the domestic network. Updates should become more frequent from here.
Out for delivery
A courier has the parcel on a delivery route for that day. Ensure someone can receive it or that safe-place / locker instructions are set.
Delivered / collected from pickup point
Scan shows completion. If nothing arrived, follow delivered but not received before disputing.
Exception / delayed / returned to sender
Something interrupted the plan — weather, address issue, failed attempt, or return. Read the event text carefully and contact the carrier plus SHEIN support with your order ID and tracking number.
