Shein Says Delivered But I Didn't Receive It? What to Do
·Shein Tracking

Few tracking moments feel worse than Delivered with an empty doorstep. SHEIN’s help center covers this exact case, and most outcomes are mundane: wrong porch, neighbor, locker, or building office — not theft. Use this checklist before you panic, then escalate with evidence. Verify the scan details on SheinTracking.com.
What “Delivered” usually means
The last-mile carrier recorded a completion event. That might be:
- Handed to a person at the address
- Left in a safe place / porch / garage
- Dropped at a pickup point, locker, or reception desk
- Marked delivered early by mistake (less common, but it happens)
Read the full event text — many scans include a photo note, locker code hint, or “left with…” detail.
Immediate checks (same day)
- Walk the property: side door, back porch, bins, parcel lockers.
- Ask household members, neighbors, and building staff / concierge.
- Check spam for pickup notices or carrier emails/SMS.
- Confirm the shipping address on the SHEIN order matches where you expected delivery.
- Open the carrier’s tracking page with the same number for proof-of-delivery notes.
Contact the last-mile carrier
Use the courier named in the latest scan. Provide:
- Tracking number
- Delivery address
- Date/time of the delivered event
- Your contact phone
Ask them to open a trace / missing package ticket. Do this quickly — many carriers have short investigation windows.
Contact SHEIN support
If the carrier cannot locate the parcel:
- Open the order in the SHEIN app → help / contact support.
- Attach screenshots from Shein Tracking and the carrier site.
- Explain the searches you already completed.
- Request a reshipment or refund per SHEIN’s policy for your region.
SHEIN’s FAQ for “marked as delivered but not received” is the policy path to follow alongside the carrier claim.
Protect future deliveries
- Add delivery instructions where the carrier allows them.
- Use workplace or locker addresses for high-value hauls.
- Enable carrier email/SMS alerts when offered.
- Track earlier so you know the out-for-delivery day — see how to track.
